Join the Student Conservation Association (SCA) to help restore Milby Park at Sims Bayou as part of our Hurricane Harvey Recovery!

Volunteers in partnership with the Houston Parks and Recreation Department will help bring the park back to its beautiful natural state by planting trees and removing litter and storm debris.




WHEN: Saturday, January 27th, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

WHERE: Milby Park at Sims Bayou, 2001 Central Street, Houston, TX 77017

WHAT: Volunteers will help to restore Milby Park by planting native trees and removing litter and storm debris.

BRING WITH YOU: Please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. Bring extra layers and a reusable water bottle.

PROVIDED: SCA will provide snacks for all volunteers, as well as work gloves and all project supplies!
